David Austin ‘Wisley 2008’ has perfect rosette flowers are shallowly cupped, about 3 inch across, and are a very pure light pink. The outer petals pale prettily towards the edges. The growth is elegantly arching, producing its flowers along the stems and building up into a fine, vigorous shrub. Named for the Royal Horticultural SocietyÆs garden.
For almost 60 years, David Austin Roses have been grown on their family farm in Shopshire. Much of the process is still carried out by hand, with every David Austin rose having been hand-budded, a traditional and intricate skill, and grown in dedicated rose fields in england, keeping English roses, truly English.
